You're a Wizard, Harry!

The High Elves needs some Magical Mayhem, so who better to facilitate that then this HE Mage, complete with mysterious smokey cloud (for some reason, perhaps too much Mexican Food, I know it does it to me)

First, we prime in black and add White top down highlights.  I painted the white robe with a wet blend using battleship grey, ivory and bone white. 

All the highlights were thrown on and a quick wet on wet blend for the purple smoke and we're done!
